Return & Refund policy 

At Pawlik Tees, all of our product is made to order, because of the custom nature of our work, we have the fallowing return policy in place. 

Custom orders (Embroidery, printed Apparel , gang sheets)

All custom items are final sale.

we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders once production has stated. this includes 

custom embroidery 

custom printed apparel

dtf gang sheets 

by placing your order, you agree that: 

your design, size and placement have been reviewed and approved 

colors may vary slightly from digital mockup to final product.

Damaged or incorrect orders 

if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right. 

please contact us within the 5 day of delivery with:

your order number 

clear photos of the issue 

if approved, we will:

Replace the item, or 

issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

orders change & cancellations 

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed, as production begins quickly.

if you need to request a change, contact us immediately after ordering and we will do our best to help- but changes are not guaranteed.

shipping issues 

we are not responsible for :

Delays caused by shipping carries

lost or stolen packages marked as delivred 

if your experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Non-Custom Items 

they must be returned within 14 days of delivery :

items must be unused and in original condition 

customer is responsible for return shipping.
